Summary of the role
NOCN is a leading Awarding and Assessment Organisation for Further Education, Skills and Apprenticeships. As part of our continuing expansion we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to cover the southern region. The ideal candidate will be an experienced field-based sales executive with knowledge of Further Education, vocational training and apprenticeships.
With an existing portfolio of customers to account manage alongside sales targets for new business, you will be required to grow income through structured selling techniques underpinned with first class customer service. You will be target driven, happy to proactively cold call new Centres, negotiate with key decision makers and close the deal.
You will be enthusiastic and motivated, with a positive attitude that rubs off on others. You will be an integral part of a dedicated national sales team but must be comfortable working independently within your region. Essential requirements for this role include education to Level 3, two years successful field sales experience, knowledge of the challenges facing the Education and Skills sectors and the ability to turn these into opportunities.
