Summary of the role

Portico Consulting are seeking an experienced customer support professional to join our  helpdesk team, providing first line support to our community of Quartz clients. The role will also be responsible for the administrative support of the Portico business and ensuring the smooth day to day running of a busy office.

Based at our offices in Ripley, Surrey, the successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 year's experience as a user of related awarding organisation systems and will be familiar with a full range of support systems and processes. They will be educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent, will have excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and will have a real aptitude for problem solving.
