Summary of the role

The role

As Corporate Services Manager you will be responsible for the effective management and professional delivery of Corporate Services covering contracts, risk management, data protection and quality management. In addition, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of office facilities and compliance with Health and Safety Executive’s requirements.

The candidate

You will ideally have experience in preparing contracts, managing data and knowledge of Data Protection regulations. We are keen to hear from you if you have experience ensuring compliance with procedures and standard documents, facilities management and negotiating supplier contracts as well as knowledge of legislation and good practice applicable to health and safety in an office environment.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with a qualification in Health & Safety representation. You will have proven experience in corporate governance and company secretary responsibilities. You will be experienced in servicing committees and executive meetings and dealing with confidential issues in a professional manner.

We are seeking an individual who has critical thinking, management and organisational skills. Multitasking, attention to detail, self-management and developing relationships to establish effective teamwork is crucial.
