We have a brand new opportunity for an engaging and vibrant person to join our team and grow the take up of Swim England’s industry leading qualifications.

Using your mix of marketing, social and communications skills you’ll be inspiring swimming teachers to take the next step in their career and will be supporting our Approved Training Centres with ways to promote our range of qualifications to learners.

The ASA Awarding Body is part of Swim England, the national governing body for swimming in England.

We support Swim England’s aim of helping people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming, through the creation of high quality qualifications

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis, with a view of making the position permanent for a results driven person. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to choose their own working pattern.

This is a brand new exciting opportunity working within the Awarding Body. You will be responsible for supporting the marketing and promotion of the ASA Awarding Body qualifications, CPDs and business activities, playing a key part in increasing learner take up of our courses. Using your marketing and social media knowledge, you will help build the profile and influence of the ASA Awarding Body, with a focus on supporting and developing relations with our swimming teachers and Approved Training Centres.

The successful candidate must:

  • have an understanding of social and digital marketing
  • have an understanding of content creation
  • have experience of interacting with customers via social media
  • have experience of monitoring competitor activity
  • hold a business or marketing related qualification
