Summary of the role
NCC Education requires a Customer Support Executive to maintain and develop relationships with and deliver operational support to both current and new customers.
Your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships with Accredited Partner Centres of NCC Education, and to provide first class administrative centre support, including proactively communicating with all internal and external customers.
You shall also provide support in all operational aspects of the assessment lifecycle and manage the implementation and maintenance of examination dates for centres.
You will be required to provide account management and operational training for customers, and to ensure customer adherence to published support service standards.
We are keen to hear from self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in a customer facing environment, preferably with a customer service qualification. He/she should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems/database. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential to succeed in this role.
