An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful national and international Awarding and End Point Assessment Organisation.
The Customer Support team are the first point of contact for all communication in to our organisation and we pride ourselves on offering the best possible service.
You will be responsible for all centres in a specified region and the varied role will see you answering telephone calls, responding to emails, dealing with centre queries, attending EV roadshows (as necessary) generating certificates, processing applications for reasonable adjustments and exam enquiries.
You will have experience in this type of role and be passionate about excellent customer service.
