Summary of the role
The Operations team includes Finance, Customer Services, Procurement, Facilities and ICT so we’re a big part of the organisation. This role will play a key part in driving forward the team’s plans, communicating with senior members within the team and across the organisation as well as external stakeholders.
What exactly will you be doing?
You’ll be the person responsible for driving forward actions based on decisions made in management meetings, preparing reports and managing budgets, as well as providing Executive Assistant support mainly to the Director of Finance and Operations as well as other senior managers in the team as and when required.
This role will suit someone with plenty of initiative and drive, the role has been empty for a while so it would suit someone who is happy to take on the position and make it their own, and become that integral part of our team.
What experience would be good to have?
This is a senior support role so experience in budget management, and senior level executive support is essential. Evidence of running or involvement in projects would also be beneficial.
We use PowerPoint in the Operations team as our tool to succinctly outline plans / projects / actions / summaries so top notch knowledge of PowerPoint is required for the role, and this will be assessed during the interview process.
