Summary of the role

A fantastic opportunity now exists to join the award-winning eLearning & Publishing team at YMCA Awards as eLearning & Multimedia Developer on a 12 month FTC.

Reporting to the eLearning & Publishing Manager, this role is primarily responsible for the design, development, delivery and maintenance of our digital resources.

Responsibilities include leading in Articulate Storyline development, liaising with subject matter experts / 3rd party developers, assisting in the quality assurance of learning content produced to required standards and liaising with clients in relation to learning and development initiatives and outcomes. You will also ensure learning projects are delivered on time and to budget by making use of a diverse assortment of media assets such as video, animations, illustrations and audio.

Is this you?

  • Previous experience working with Articulate Storyline is essential
  • Demonstrable experience of producing storyboards, training materials, project plans
  • Pushing the boundaries of what is possible with today’s eLearning authoring tools
  • Experience integrating learning materials and knowledge content into a Learning System – including integrating SCORM technologies
  • Knowledge of learning platform architecture and information architecture
  • Ideally experienced in administering and maintaining learning portals
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere
  • Some HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge would be an advantage
