Summary of the role

The role

NCC Education is expanding further globally and require a Finance Manager based in our Head Office in Manchester. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the preparation of accurate and complete financial records and financial analysis of the Company’s activities to support financial reporting and decision making.

We are seeking for a self-starter with real hands-on experience to lead a small team in Manchester and to work with a larger Group finance team based overseas to prepare monthly management accounts, local UK statutory accounts and provide forecasting, budgeting and commercial analyses to the Management to make sound business decisions and meet the Company’s objectives.

The candidate

We are keen to hear from candidates who have at least 3 years of working experience in a similar role and should ideally possess, CIMA/ACCA qualifications or equivalent. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains v.10 is desirable.

You must be commercially competent, self-motivated and pro-active, with proven problem solving and management skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
