Summary of the role

HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week

GROSS ANNUAL SALARY: £58,000 - £65,000 plus excellent benefits

An exciting leadership position has arisen within our fast paced and dynamic Examinations department. Working closely with the Director of Commercial Development, you will lead the strategic and business development of LAMDA Examinations as we embark on an exciting and innovative phase of the business both with the UK and internationally. As a member of LAMDA's Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the team, the operational management, development, quality assurance and delivery of LAMDA Examinations, nationally and internationally.

The successful candidate will work with the Principa, Director of Commercial Development, Senior Management Team and other LAMDA departments, to deliver LAMDA's strategic objectives through the growth and development of LAMDA Examinations.

This is a pivotal role within the Academy and the successful applicant will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, ability to think strategically and creatively, with experience to lead, inspire and motivate a large team, with a proactive approach.
