Summary of the role

The role

NCC Education requires an HR & Corporate Services Assistant to provide support for Human Resources and Corporate Services functions, as well as office administration.

Your main responsibility will be to provide HR assistance in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development activities for NCC Education.

As the assistant for Corporate Services, you shall assist in the preparation of contracts and related documentation. You will be required to maintain and update the Document Library, proof read and format documents.

You will also be responsible for providing general office administration and support, including facilities management, arranging meetings, taking minutes of meetings as well as providing administrative support to the General Manager and Directors.

The candidate

We are keen to hear from self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects with matrix reporting and tight timelines.

The ideal candidate should be a people person with some HR experience and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Working in a matrix structure across different regions and cultures, as well as knowledge of document and data management, would be an advantage.

Excellent communication coupled with problem-solving and inter-personal skills are required to succeed in this role. Contract documentation requires an eye for detail and confidentiality is essential to handle confidential information and personal data.
