Summary of the role
The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) is the largest bookkeeping institute in the world. It promotes and maintains the standards of bookkeeping as a profession through the establishment of relevant qualifications and the award of grades of membership that recognise academic attainment, work experience and competence.
ICB is currently seeking suitably qualified Lead Examiners, Examiners and Assessment Writers for the following areas:
Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping
Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounts
Level 3 Certificate in Payroll Management
Level 4 Certificate in Self Assessment Taxation
Applications are welcome from individuals who:
- hold relevant qualifications in the subject area which is equivalent to, or higher than, the level applying for;
- have proven occupational competence in the subject area; and
- are experienced in assessment writing, including multiple choice, short answer questions and scenario-based questions.
The hours and nature of the role will vary according to the role applied for and will be agreed on an individual basis. Salary and working hours will be discussed at interview.
