Summary of the role
The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards. Our goal is simple – to provide housing professionals and their organisations with the advice, support and knowledge they need to be brilliant. CIH is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation.
The CIH Housing Academy offers a comprehensive range of online and blended learning courses for people who work in the housing industry. If you have the ability to develop, review and edit learning materials and assessments, work with authors, tutors and internal verifiers, manage in-house programmes and supportquality assurance processes we would like to hear from you.
You will need excellent written and communication skills and be able to produce evidence of your experience in an education/learning environment with an appreciation of the learning needs of online learning students. If you have the enthusiasm, skills and experience to contribute to the continuing success of our Learning Team, we would be delighted to hear from you. Knowledge of course subject matter would be an advantage but is not essential
