Summary of the role   Highfield Qualifications is one of the UK’s top five awarding organisations (AO) and winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2016, offering over 250 qualifications covering a wide variety of industries including retail, health and social care, rail, food safety, security, catering and hospitality, and logistics. The Qualification Development Team has a vacancy for a Team Leader, reporting to the Director of Qualification Development.      

Job Role   The Qualification Development team works on a diverse range of regulated and non-regulated assessments, and assessment-related products focussing on servicing and developing the existing portfolio, new developments to support apprenticeship standards, and strategic developments in new sectors.      

The Team Leader will have, in addition to the skills and experience of a Qualification Manager, experience of leading and developing teams. The Team Leader will also work with other team leaders to support the Director of Qualification Development in strategic developments.
