The Qualification Development Team has a vacancy for a permanent, full time Qualification Manager, or for the right candidate, a Team Leader role, reporting to the Director of Qualification Development.
The Qualification Development team works on a diverse range of regulated and non-regulated assessments, and assessment-related products focussing on servicing and developing the existing portfolio, new developments to support apprenticeship standards, and strategic developments in new sectors.
The Qualification Manager will have a diverse portfolio, chosen to reflect any relevant sector experience, and is expected to work independently on all aspects of qualification development and maintenance. In addition, the Qualification Development team works collaboratively with other teams, within the Highfield culture of mutual support and cooperation.
The Team Leader will have, in addition to the skills and experience of the Qualification Manager, experience of leading and developing teams. The Team Leader will also work with other team leaders to support the Director og Qualification Development in strategic developments.
