Summary of the role

The post holder will lead the Qualifications and Product Development Team to develop qualifications and associated products in line with regulatory, organisational and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to; providing solutions to contrasting and conflicting stakeholders demands relating to the content of qualifications. Responding to all technical enquiries and provide expertise, advice and guidance on regulated and non-regulated qualifications to customers, colleagues and other stakeholders. Supporting the marketing, promotion and sale of qualifications and relevant products. Support and where directed lead, other product development activities of SFJ Awards including on-line developments.
