Summary of the role

The Quality Assurance Co-ordinator will work closely with the Senior Quality Assurance Manager (SQAM) to help support with centre enquiries and assurance acitvities. The position is integral to the Quality Assurance Function as the postholder will be the first point of contact for our approved training centres.

The postholder will be resposible for the following:

Supporting Centres with processing learner registrations

Processing certificate achievements against our service level agreements

Managing various regulatory enquiries in a timely fashion

Supporting the SQAM with the EQA Planning and the associate programme of work


2-3 years experience in a quality assurance role or customer service


Educated to degree level (desirable)

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent (Required)
