Summary of the role
An Awarding Body offering high-calibre communication qualifications in the UK and throughout the world, English Speaking Board (International) Ltd. is currently looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that the awarding body remains compliant with all regulatory requirements as well as the organisation's own high standards through systematic, proactive and risk based quality assurance.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the post holder will have proven success in working in a similar role and will understand how to maintain and monitor the compliance and quality systems in line with relevant regulatory conditions (e.g. maintenance of adverse effect and complaints logs, review and amend of policies and procedures, ensuring evidence is generated and collated against relevant conditions).
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of quality and compliance with regards to regulatory bodies including OFQUAL. They will possess a strong customer focus and commerical acumen and will be able to demonstrate analytical and investigatory experience.
The post offered is a permanent position. It is based at ESB's offices in Hattersley Court, Burscough Road, Ormskirk and offers an attractive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
