Summary of the role
We are seeing a passionate, customer focused individual with previous experience in quality monitoring and control to meet regulatory requirements. The main responsibilities of this role will be to support and quality assure a network of existing and new CMI centres located in Southern England in their compliant delivery of qualifications and accredited programmes.
As an excellent communicator, highly motivated and enthusiastic manager you will lead a team of
Moderators to support our Partner Organisation network to ensure that they comply with regulations and meet our high standards. Ideally having a Level 7 Management and Leadership qualification or be willing to work towards this.
Alongside this you will also support the Head of Awarding Body and Compliance to develop and implement an effective compliance and quality assurance strategy to meet the requirements of Ofqual, QiW, SQA and CCEA.
