As the Results Processing Manager your role is critical to the continued success of the organisation. You are responsible for the day to day operational and stakeholder management of people and processes with first class leadership skills that will cultivate and sustain an ethos for providing quality service and a continuous improvement mind set.

About The Role

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • People Management and resource planning; optimising the performance, development and motivation of the team and its members to help maintain a culture of service excellence within the Results Processing Team
  • Performance Management; managing your team and resource to ensure all operational activity is carried out within published KPIs and SLA’s
  • Change Management; supporting Global Operation’s change initiatives influenced by organisational or operations directorate strategy
  • Supplier/Stakeholder Management; effectively managing the relationship with 3rd party suppliers of services to support
  • Resource Management; managing all resources internally and externally to ensure performance meets required standards to support result processing SLA
  • Innovation; supporting the innovation and development of processes & procedures in order to continuously improve service to the customer

About You

To perform this role effectively, you will need technical expertise in a range of the following areas:  -

  • Demonstrable experience within process control; ability to monitor and to track
  • Evidence of leadership and management experience and developing staff
  • Demonstrable track record of putting in place or supporting and enhancing reporting structures and developing KPIs
  • Evidence of producing; writing and reviewing documents and verbally communicating complex information to a wide range of customers.
