The Customer Support team offers exceptional service to all YMCA Awards clients. We’ve just launched our new corporate strategy and we have some bold ambitions, so this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, results driven individual to be a part of it!
The Operations Coordinator provides essential support to the Centre Support Specialists and the wider Awards team to ensure the operation is working as effectively as possible. This is a great opportunity for you to make the role your own, recognising improvements in efficiencies across the administrative processes. This is a part time role, working 3 fixed days per week so would be the perfect opportunity for someone looking for work around other commitments.
You will be passionate about delivering an outstanding level of service, have an upbeat and outgoing personality and be able to work well within a team environment. You will also be able to;
Respond to customer queries in timely manner and to a high standard;Process and accurately mark exam papers for externally marked assessments;Process registration and certification claim files, identifying and resolving any issues;Accurately document internal processes; andPrint and despatch certificates.
Are you up for the challenge? You will have a strong administrative background, an amazing eye for detail. You will also need;
Excellent communication skills;Solid organisation skills, to accurately complete varied tasks within an agreed timeframe;The ability to work well independently without supervision; and To have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Packages and CRM systems.
