FAB 2019 Guest Speaker Announcement: Lucy Andrew
We are pleased to announce Lucy Andrew, Deputy Director at DfE for Technical Education and Qualifications Reform, will be speaking at the FAB 2019 Conference on 10 October, in Leicester.
FAB 2019 is the only place where you can get together with colleagues to hear the latest from industry experts, find out what the future holds and have valuable time away from the office to take stock and discuss the issues and implications with your peers.
OVERVIEW OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION REFORMS.
We asked Lucy for an overview of her seminar:
In my speech I will update delegates on DfE work relating to technical education reforms. This will include T Levels and the transition programme, the review of post-16 qualifications at levels 3 and below and the review of higher technical education (level 4 and 5). Delegates will hear the latest developments and key next steps.
Lucy has responsibility for the review of post-16 qualifications at level 3 and below, and the transition programme for T Levels. She works closely with colleagues in DfE who oversee T Levels and those involved in the review of higher technical education. She works part-time, in a jobshare with Angela Fairchild.
Join us for this exciting two day conference and hear from Lucy, and many other speakers, to find out about the latest industry news and network with colleagues.
