Due to our continued growth and development of new solutions we are expanding our Account Management team (www.creatio.org.uk). This is a rare opportunity to play a key and active role in a truly exciting, progressive and unique company.
The post holder will work closely with the Head of Client Delivery & Management and the Account Management Team, to support both new and existing clients. They will act as the dedicated Account Manager to specified clients and oversee the configuration and implementation of the creatiogreen system, as well as be responsible for the ongoing management of the contract. The role will involve regular client meetings, which will be conducted both remotely and in person (post-Covid).
We are looking for a creative, self-driven professional who will embrace our core values and has proven experience in designing and implementing related business processes, delivering products and services and working on and/or leading the introduction of new IT solutions and arrangements to enhance and transform business processes and activities.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the AO and EPAO markets, and associated regulatory requirements, and also understand the IT requirements within these markets. They will be comfortable with working with clients and their staff across different levels; from CEO’s to Board members to junior staff. They must have a proven ability to understand different operational processes and ways of working in the Education sector to effectively and accurately propose and present aspects of the creatiogreen system to meet our client’s needs.
Full and on-going training in relation to the creatiogreen system and our associated processes and workflows will be provided.
