Active IQ is currently seeking an experienced forward thinking person to join our dynamic product development team. The Product Development Manager’s main responsibilities are to create regulatory compliant qualifications, assessment strategies and end point assessments, to develop teaching, assessment and learning resources to support our qualifications and end point assessments and to keep abreast of changes in the sector. The role is home based with occasional travel to attend meetings.

The candidate

You will ideally be a self-motivated and enthusiastic team player with technical expertise and experience in developing end-point assessments and supporting resources. You should have a flare for writing, superb attention to detail and be able to create innovative teaching resources. You should be able to demonstrate project management, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Proof-reading experience and knowledge of the education and awarding sector is desirable. The ability to work with customers to find mutually acceptable solutions while meeting deadlines is important and first-class interpersonal skills will help you to excel in this role.

Excellent communication skills are essential in this role as is a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), CRM systems and Databases.
