End-Point Assessment Administrator

Our apprenticeship End-point Assessment operations are key to our business and they’re expanding rapidly! So in these roles you’ll  provide proactive administrative support to internal and external stakeholders linked to the End-point Assessment (EPA) Service and the wider apprenticeship delivery. You’ll carry out a wide range of tasks that will ensure the smooth administration of processes.

This role is offered as a fixed term contract and will last until the end of August 2020.

About The Role

You’ll help to monitor the team’s shared inboxes; and provide first-line support to internal and external stakeholders when needed. You’ll act as the first line of telephone support for the EPA Event Booking Team and will monitor Service Tickets system and ensure all requests are achieved within SLA.

The role also involves support to the EPA Events booking process where required to ensure a continuous and smooth EPA journey. You’ll support team meetings, making room bookings and minute taking as required. You’ll raise invoice requests for cancellations, quality assurance activities and post end-point assessment billing. You’ll book travel for the team, upon request and be responsible for the raising of requisitions and the creation of purchase orders, as part of the supplier/consortium process. Finally, you will support with data analysis and helping to compile reports for meetings, capturing assessor performance feedback and updating the performance log.

About You
As a team player, you’ll have experience in an administrative role in a customer focused environment. You must have strong written, verbal, communication, IT and numerical skills. With attention to detail and accuracy, you should be able to prioritise own workload and to meet set deadlines.

You’ll need experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint. You must have a positive and flexible attitude and be able to demonstrate the ability to use initiative and own judgement without the need for regular guidance.
