You will be responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with assessment requirements set by regulatory bodies and be responsible for actions following reviews.
Establishing the quality standards, requirements and criteria that underpin all aspects of the quality assurance function relating to centres, assessment scrutiny and assessment delivery (CASS)
Ensuring a cycle of continuous improvement is in place guaranteeing live assessments are robust and deliver designed outcomes.
Leading on initiatives and projects, and translate regulatory requirements and changes into realistic plans and proposals, or to improve practice
Identifying opportunities to improve practice within centres and provide plans to develop and deliver improvements
Continuously keeping under review, managing and monitoring arrangements and risk for centre approval and approvals for qualification delivery
Ensuring quality practice of delivery across the organisation
Use and exploit available technology and contribute to system improvements and change
About you

We are looking for:

Experience of developing and implementing End-point assessment (EPA) Products and Services across a range of assessment methods/instruments and maintain a portfolio across different sectors/occupational areas
Experience of developing and implementing qualifications across a variety of sectors
Experience of developing and implementing product and service policies, processes and procedures at an organisational level
Experience of maintaining and raising standards in assessment and/or assessment delivery
Experience of reviewing the performance of assessment tools
