A bit about you…
Reporting to the Lead Assessment Delivery Officer, the Assessment Delivery Officer is responsible for the delivery of external assessments from go live of a qualification being approved through to the results being released and all post results services. The aim of the team is to ensure valid and reliable results are issued to learners and to uphold NCFE’s adherence to regulatory requirements.
The work involves recruiting, training and performance management of a bank of Examiners, as well as management of all assessment policy, regulation and guidance. We also manage the assessment availability, administration of the examination process, marking procedures, release of results and all post results services.

About our team
The Assessment Delivery team is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the assessment processes of all NCFE and associated brand’s qualifications, both in-house and at our approved centres.
The team works closely with the Product Development and Assessment Design teams to agree the assessment delivery for new qualification development and to operationalise qualifications. This involves identifying the most appropriate assessment method for qualifications that will meet our customers’ needs. The team also works closely with the Customer Support team to assist them in dealing with customer queries about the assessment of our qualifications.
