Summary of the role

Portico Consulting are seeking an experienced customer support professional to join us in providing operational and technical support on our helpdesk to our community of Quartz clients. The role will be remotely based with the occasional Surrey based office visit.

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a user of related awarding organisation systems and be familiar with a full range of support systems and processes.  They will be educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, will have excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and a real aptitude for problem solving.
