The Role

You will support and coordinate the activities of Vocational Qualifications within the Academic Department.  Reporting directly to the Head of Vocational Qualifications (Academic), you will work across RSL’s full suite of vocational qualifications.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Archive and maintain all syllabus assets for both hard copy and electronic publication
Administer the commissioning of RSL authors and contributors
Undertake proof reading and editorial duties for RSL publications and editorial, as required
Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the areas of syllabus and product development
Liaise with relevant RSL employees in the are3as of product and syllabus development
Administer and maintain the portfolio of assessment materials
Update and analyse sales data for all VQ qualifications
Attend trade shows, exhibitions and events, as required
Assist the Head of Vocational Qualifications and Syllabus Managers in the project management of new products

You will have:

·         Knowledge of the Contemporary Arts Educations Sector
