Job Title: Product Development, Qualifications and Compliance Manager

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Salary: £31,000 – £36,000 dependent on experience

An outstanding opportunity for an individual with vision and drive to manage a dynamic team in a small, vibrant and welcoming Awarding Organisation.  AOFAQ is based in Northampton specialising in designing qualifications and assessments in key priorities for the Food Safety, Health and Safety, First Aid, Education, Employability, Health and Social Care, Logistics, Security, Sports and Physical education sectors.

You will manage the Qualifications, Standards and Compliance team and your role will be to ensure that the team meet the short, medium and long term business objectives and in turn also meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders, which includes, complying with Ofqual and other regulatory bodies.

If you are someone who has the ability to work well under pressure in a methodical and organised manner, has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people with variable knowledge of education systems, plus excellent attention to detail, proven negotiation and influencing skills and is a creative, lateral thinking and solutions focussed individual, we invite you to apply.
