An Introduction to Malpractice Investigation Management (Day 1)

This course provides delegates with an introduction to malpractice, investigation management, strategy and planning and conducting investigations. Delegates will have the opportunity to practise basic interview techniques through the use of role play during the course.

Malpractice investigation interviewing and management (Day 2).

This course provides delegates with an understanding of the different types interview techniques that can be applied during malpractice investigations i.e. cognitive interviews and conversation management techniques. Delegates will have the opportunity to observe these techniques and practise using them in role play situations during the course.

Malpractice investigation interviewing and management – Advanced techniques (Day 3)

This course builds on the learning from the Day 2 course and will be relevant to awarding body staff who may become involved in more complex investigations, perhaps involving fraud, where there may be a need to prepare evidence for court or formal review/decision making bodies.
